Over 25 years Yoga Teaching Experience

Nancy has been practicing & studying for over 30 years and has nearly a thousand hours of Yoga Alliance Certified Trainings . She has studied extensively Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin and Tantra Hatha Yoga. She is also a certified trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator and coach.
